Clinical supervision for social workers is a structured and collaborative professional development process designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and ethical decision-making of social workers in a clinical or therapeutic setting. It involves a supervisory relationship between a seasoned, experienced supervisor and a social work professional seeking guidance and support in their clinical practice.
